Requirements


  • Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, regular audits, and system updates.
  • Analyse HR processes and workflows to identify areas for system enhancement and increased efficiency.
  • Lead in HRIS projects including system upgrades, module implementations, and integrations with other HR functions.
  • Act as a focal point between HR and IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolution of system issues.
  • Develop and deliver HRIS related training to HR staff and end-users.
  • Create and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports for in-out stakeholders and dashboards for senior management to facilitate and assist in decision-making.
  • Test, troubleshoot and resolve HRIS related issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection policies, supporting audits and risk management activities.
  • Implement and contribute to design of disaster recovery and contingency plans to protect HR data.
  • Deliver analysis of HR data, identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance
  • Stay current with industry trends, system upgrades, and best practices in HR technology.
